Bido's beauty service reservation process 



Please send by Contact form with your Name, Date, Time,  Building name, offsite location name/address, E-mail address, Questions. We'll respond within 1 or 2 business days

Book your appointment via reservation form online and utilize our free consultation services

Most customers have various questions and inquiries prior to booking. We recommend contacting us and booking an appointment online for a free consultation.  The reservation form will help us have a better understanding of the services you are requesting.  If anything is unclear feel free to contact via phone or email.

 The next step after the consultation is to review and accept your application after careful consideration. Once application is accepted we will hold periodic meetings for beauty consultation to ensure we are able to actualize the vision for your special day. These meetings are free and will be conducted in-person or via Zoom [ skype, LINE,,,] In the case of kimono, you can actually check the length and sleeves through the sleeves.

After receiving the 50% deposit, the reservation will be officially confirmed for the desired date.

Please provide credit card information for reservation deposit.  *Cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations within certain time frame. (see cancellation policy)

4,Cancel policy requirement

Upon securing reservation, cancellation policy is in effect.

5, Appointent day

Please wait at your make up room. A make up artist will come to your room and will start to make up. Bride's Hairset & Make up 90min~. Groom hairset plus 15-20 min-

It's not included our parkingf fee.

  • Any location mobile fee within 30 miles is free.

  • Parking fee are provided by customers for mobile services.

Basic Service Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in our beauty services. Please carefully review this cancel policy. I require this contract to be completed and submitted with a deposit of 50% of the total purchase fee in order to secure your appointment date. The complete balance for your party will be due on or before the date. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to working with you on your day. Thank you.

A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply.


After signing the contract a 50% of services invoice will be paid. 30 days prior. This deposit will go towards the total amount of the services.  Any cancellation will result in keeping the deposit. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to as soon as possible.

If you cancel within the applicable period due to your convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. If it is determined that the scheduled service cannot be provided due to the effects of flight delays, typhoons, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters, terrorism, etc., no cancellation fee will be charged.

We understand that things come up, but when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via email one week in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
